Horrible

I had the same issues as others with it not recognizing my log in info. At the time I hadnt read the reviews so I bought a membership but when I tried to use the voucher it said I already had an account. I simply asked if they could either start my membership right away or add it to the month long (which I thought was longer because it wasnt clear), I got a run around. Terrible customer service. I just cancelled it all together. Its hard to tell how much worse it would get.
Ill stick with Amazon Prime and other deals.
