Hasnt worked for me once
Tried using the app to buy some things and had 2 separate issues with two different stores. Not sure if its the app or the service shop runner provides. 1st issue was after purchasing an item, I get an alert later in the day that item price changed and the order needs to be canceled or re-ordered. 2nd issue was on a separate item I thought I purchased. However, I went to the app the next day and noticed that there was 3 different statuses of order placed, order cancelled and order placed. This time there were no alerts or anything. I had to call shop runner to find out the status and they told me I had to deal with the vendor directly. Hopefully I have better experiences in the future.
