I loved this app before the last update. Now it doesnt work at all. Crashes upon opening. Very disappointed!!!

App never works, so its useless and have to go to full site to utilize ShopRunner benefits. I would probably use it more if it actually worked

I got tricked into signing up for Shoprunner when checking out at ralphlauren.com. It said free 2-day shipping and a free membership. My shipping was free because of the order amount anyway, but I still stupidly agreed. Well, an item became out of stock because it took longer to ship it. I tried to cancel shoprunner but the cancel membership button doesnt work. It says UNKNOWN ERROR. Now, when I try to buy online, Shoprunner shows up as my only shipping choice. Im going to be on the phone for ages trying to cancel it. Be smarter than I was. Do not sign up for this. As for the app... I thought maybe I could cancel that way. I cant even sign in. Thats a bad app.

Issues trying to change items in bag, then issues submitting my info. Lots of work needed on this app.

I love the easiness of this app and the variety of stores they have for their fast 2 day shipping! I highly HIGHLY recommend this app and using ShopRunner for shopping if you want easy fast ordering and shipping.

I dont know if its completely broken or something, but the only "deals" it has are the few brands displayed on the front. Even then it just takes you to the website. Ive selected every single brand (yes really) and they all come up with nothing. The search always yields a blank screen and categories tab doesnt even open!

Absolutely terrible app. Feature buttons do not work. Cannot set filters. Cannot clear random preset filter. Cannot browse by category. And you have to scroll and select through a tedious number of brands before you can even begin shopping. Save yourself some time and stress and just go to the website.

The idea is pretty good... not new but good. Unfortunately, the app is a mess. If you click on the categories and choose an option, it shows something completely different. For instance, I tried looking under breastfeeding and found high heeled shoes.

Cannot even open the app. Just installed it. Please fix. I just got 6months of free membership with T-Mobile and Id like to use it with the app.

Downloaded yesterday. App has been installing since yesterday. Obviously theres a problem, cant uninstall or delete this crap app. Not cool.

For whatever reason their website will decide it doesnt like you and blacklist you for a period of time. If youre at a large organization (enterprise or campus) that NATs your address space the result is they blacklist your whole company. If you call them, they tell you its your companys firewall. It isnt but they apparently dont have anyone competent enough to figure out how to do their security. Now on to the app. Portrait and no landscape? Really? Very poorly done app all around. Prices are OK but if they honestly expect to compete with the big guy, theyre going to need to get their act together and it may take more than just hiring a big name CEO. The only reason I even put up with it is because its a free perk for my American Express Platinum card.

Shipping is applied via coupon code. If you have a discount coupon you need to apply and seller only permits one coupon per transaction you lose your free shipping. Total gimmick, not worth paying for...

Ive been a ShopRunner member for a few years, its a perk of a card I have. Good service, I use it often, however skip the app and use the web interface. The app will display "No Orders" on top of my current orders, crashes, and overall isnt useful.

Dont know where to begin. When you search for items and scroll down, they repeat all over again like 10 times. When you look for orders, it says no orders right over all your existing orders. Very buggy

Have been a memeber since the service first started, and, back in the day it was great. Little by little, theyve taken away benefits of membership. Minimum orders, requiring an American Express Card, disappearing vendors, etc. Wont be surprised to one day read the service is being shuttered. Lots of asterisks when it comes to shipping. The term "free 2-day shipping" is used loosely when it comes to ShopRunner :-(

Had to uninstall. Living in the world of such innovative technologies, to launch such poor app is literally unacceptable!!!

I like the Website but i want to use the app but it crashes...

Was suppose to have received my order today. I go to track it, has to be through the app, app says its still processing while also saying I have no orders. Whats going on?

I used to really enjoy this app--fun way to find some bargains I might have missed, with an easy interface. I find it harder to use now, search is wonky and a lot of products wont let you see the colors (like, you can choose the shirt in a different color but the photo doesnt change, nor do swatches appear). Most importantly, some products appear to be marked up from the price youd pay shopping direct. Maybe with free shipping youd still come out ahead, but you might want to do the math particular if youre ordering multiple items.

The application wont open on my iPhone 6S. Would really like to see this application working as I am a regular user of their services. Hopefully we see enhancements soon!
