One of my biggest pet peeves is seeing the little red notifications on my iPhone and not being able to get rid of them. This is exactly what Im getting with this app. It says I have 3 notifications, but when I open the app and go to Notifications, it clearly states that I have no new notifications. I ended up turning them off in my Settings, but I shouldnt have had to do that. I got 3 months of ShopRunner through T-Mobile Tuesdays, but Im positive that Ill never use it. I dont even think about it when looking for something online because I really only shop online for deals. Most of the items I see in this app are too expensive.

When you can find a bargain on ShopRunner the free shipping is great. What is even better is that if you have a ShopRunner account you can use it on many other websites as well.

I have not received the item I ordered in the time promised. Not only that, I ordered 5 days ago and the product hasnt shipped. Ive called customer service at vendor and shoprunner and I have no clue what value shoprunner adds. My impression is that orders just take longer and there is finger pointing between shoprunner and the vendor for who is to blame for the delay in processing. Its day 5 and my order hasnt even shipped. Shoprunner customer service rep said that happened to him before and said call the vendor. Vendor said shoprunner doesnt guarantee 2 day shipping. Whats the point!?!?!?!

Hate the fact that it cant be viewed in landscape! Need to make user friendly and fix! Would be MUCH easier on IPhone & IPad!! Sent from my iPad

Two day shipping is a general reference they used as stated in their policy. This does not include the time is used to process the order. Shoprunner is not even working with the vendor to guarantee the two day shipping, it all based on the vendor. My order did not arrive and its the 3rd day, I track my order and its expected to take another 3 days. The only good thing I can say is I had a free trial and definitely not worth paying for this useless service.

Ordered product on Wednesday eve. product was processed next day for shipping so was anticipating delivery on Saturday in time for Super Bowl but did not get it until Monday so useless until the upcoming football season. Product was great.

Ive tried five times to order an item through shoprunners associated store.( newegg) I receive confirmation of a pending order placed with shoprunner, however no record of the purchase of the item through the retailer. Since Ive gone through the process of purchasing 5 times I dread receiving the items 5 times. Perhaps best to deal direct when time sensitive sales.

When I first started using the service, it was great. The Dominos delivery fee was waived and Drugstore.com orders had free 2-day shipping with no minimum purchase. Those were the 2 reasons I primarily used ShopRunner. Initially I paid for the service, but eventually my AMEX account qualified me for no annual ShopRunner fees. The product must not have worked out for merchants, as over they years they’ve whittled away at the benefits. Dominos pulled out and Drugstore.com now requires a $25 minimum purchase for ShopRunner to kick-in. My health has benefited from Dominos exiting, as I don’t care for the delivery fee so I stopped fattening up after they departed. I wish Drugstore.com had been more accommodating (free standard shipping under $25, free 2-day shipping over $25). If ShopRunner involved a subscription fee, I wouldn’t keep my membership. Amazon Prime is the way to go :-)

Pretty easy, good app. I have a couple stores I shop a lot and get free shipping and returns. Cant complain.

Ive used shop runner twice to order items. I absolutely love this app. It offers decent, sometimes great discounts. And the two day shipping is definitely a plus. Its very convenient.

Tried to upgrade Shoprunner three days ago. Has been installing upgrade since then. Cannot use, cannot delete. Just sits there, installing and taking up memory. Would delete if I could. I do not recommend the app!

Being kind of addicted to online shopping, this app is dangerous for me! If u sign up for a membership, u get free 2 day shipping from a ton of stores. I hate paying for shipping and getting free 2 day shipping from stores like saks fifth avenue, who normally charges for shipping is awesome. U also get free returns. Theres nothing worse than getting an item that doesnt fit and then having to pay just to return it. Also being able to shop from tons of stores through one app is super convenient!

Nice design and easy checkout process. They have free 2-day shipping on stuff that I dont like at Amazon - brooks brothers, lord and taylor and cole haan.

Cant believe more people dont know more about shoprunner. Its free with an Amex credit card and gets you free shipping from a bunch of websites. Ever since newegg joined the program Ive been buying stuff from newegg on a weekly basis.
