Not user friendly for shopping, not able to track a shipment (doesnt give any info).. there is no point to have it in your phone, a waste of memory space.

App crashes on launch. Havent been able to use the app once.

I had the same issues as others with it not recognizing my log in info. At the time I hadnt read the reviews so I bought a membership but when I tried to use the voucher it said I already had an account. I simply asked if they could either start my membership right away or add it to the month long (which I thought was longer because it wasnt clear), I got a run around. Terrible customer service. I just cancelled it all together. Its hard to tell how much worse it would get. Ill stick with Amazon Prime and other deals.

I ordered from NY & Co and I received my order timely and I was very impressed with the merchandise and the site. Will definitely use again.

Totally crap app. Waste for memory. It should not be authorized to have in App Store.

I ordered from NY&Co and Im still waiting to received my order. It says that it will be shipped in 2 days and I havent received anything yet. It has been 5 days already.

In the era where people uses mobile for most of the purchases , this app is shame. When I scroll down to see inventory of some brand , after 2 scrolls items are repeated.Please improve if you really want to compete with big players in market.

I used the app once before, it was okay. Now it wont even open. I deleted it and re-downloaded it but that isnt helping; app wont open, it just crashes every time I try to open it!

Too many deal promo notifications. Its easy to go backwards or not find what youre attempting to and when you actually find what youre looking its just a mess. No thanks

Doesnt recognize my password and wont send me an email to reset a new one. What a crock of uselessness. Waste of time!

Low resolution images make browsing frustrating. Prices and inventory are not kept up to date, so orders are routinely cancelled a day or more after theyre placed.

Notification icons you cant get rid of? Deleted with prejudice. I hope nobody pays for this stupid "service"

Ordered a shoe via here, choose color, size, etc. Confirmed ordered. Received confirmation email from store, WRONG size. I thought I made a mistake. Returned shoe. Made another order. Choose color, size, etc. Confirmed. Received confirmation email from store. WRONG SIZE AGAIN. Apparently, its not my fault but SHOERUNNERS. #ughhh

Should be renamed to reflect arrival time. Just because theyll ship in 2 days doesnt mean youll receive it sooner, its been over 5 days for my order from NY & Company. The 2 day shipping was deceiving I should have just went to the store.

Ordered 5 items from express, cancelled 3 of the 5 items due to out of stock. No way of cancel order after placed order even before items are shipped. No savings at all vs actual store sellers. Deleted the app.

Probably one of the worst services Ive used, and the app is useless for tracking orders. ShopRunner claims "2-day shipping" but I just received an email five days after my purchase stating the item was preparing for shipment. I would have just paid for shipping had I known itd be more convenient. What a joke.

My Amex card suggested this app to me as a shopping help. It works so well that I bought way more items than originally planned for gifts. The free two-day shipping has been so helpful to get last minute items rush delivered without an additional cost. Ive only had positive experience with this app.

I used this service and the order took longer than making it directly with the vendor. The app is a joke, dont have any options. DO NOT USE this service. Just buy from Amazon using Amazon Prime.

ShopRunner is the best thing that has ever happened to me! 2 Day shopping comes in handy! I use it all the time. It makes online shopping so convenient

Love how efficient this service is, also very happy that its complimentary with my AmEx card! Always shopping!
