Useless.

Probably one of the worst services Ive used, and the app is useless for tracking orders. ShopRunner claims "2-day shipping" but I just received an email five days after my purchase stating the item was preparing for shipment. I would have just paid for shipping had I known itd be more convenient. What a joke.
