So stoked - so many different products that I use and need day-to-day available on ShopRunner. Easy to use, clean navigation.

Just started using this and dont really know how it is but I know I get 2 day shipping free which is awesome!

love, love that i can shop an amazing range of online stores, from saks and neimans to drugstore.com and newegg, all with a super simple experience. they even automatically apply deals (goodbye coupon codes). and seems like they are adding new stores all the time. call me a fan.

I can not place an order, at the last step of checkout the app crashes. Removing and downloading app again was no help.

Awesome app and online shopping web. I really love it. I never pay for any shipping fee, 2 days free shipping. You will not believe it.

I love this app, and it has really improved in the last 6 months with the addition of so many cool brands and improved search-ability. You get free 2-day shipping and you cant beat the convenience of checkout. And the product catalog has so many great brands that you can’t find on Amazon or eBay.

Placed an order through the app and it seemed like an easy process. However an hour later I got a notice that my order was on hold because the price was not correct. It told me needed to reconfirm my order at the HIGHER price! I should pay the price that I see - its Shoprunners fault it was incorrect! I cancelled my order.

Not a lot else to say. I love the way this app and its underlying service function. Thanks ShopRunner!!!

I placed an order through the Shoprunner site to get the free 2-day ship, but ended up getting charged for shipping by the company. When I called SR customer service, they advised me to place orders on a web browser, and not the app.

Shoprunner always comes through when you need it- the free return shipping is awesome and so easy. When doing shopping online I like starting in the app (or their home page) as they will have a page of deals collected, and you know you are getting free shipping!

Is it really two day shipping if it takes them 3-4 days to process your order? Im getting my 2 day shipment 6 days after I ordered it and per the company its all good as "processing" time doesnt count.

Misleading free two days shipping. I placed my order thursday and i got the email confirmation that they just ship my order today (monday) so thats 3 day and when you track the tracking number expected delivery is weds. So it takes about one week..

Annoyed that you must create an account for most individual stores and login through the app before purchasing. Also, the minimum purchase amount that some stores require for free shipping is petty.

Best part of the app is by far the search feature along with the filters you can use to find exactly what you are looking for! EASIEST online shopping I have ever experienced!

ShopRunner makes me feel like they are truly taking care of me, and I like it! I get my packages just like they say.

Like most apps, this one saves $$ in certain situations. For example, some food sites charge 25% of the items cost just for shipping! Using Shoprunner saves the day. I cant comment much on the 2 day shipping complaints of others because I just placed my order. It seems logical to me though, that the app cant be responsible for how long it takes each company to fill the order. I can tell you the app was easy to use.

Great app, love ShopRunner as it removes shipping fees from items on stores I shop frequently. This is convenient as I dont have to meet store minimum purchase for free shipping. It already saved me $14 on two orders; it has been truly a 2-day shipping for me.

Tried using the app to buy some things and had 2 separate issues with two different stores. Not sure if its the app or the service shop runner provides. 1st issue was after purchasing an item, I get an alert later in the day that item price changed and the order needs to be canceled or re-ordered. 2nd issue was on a separate item I thought I purchased. However, I went to the app the next day and noticed that there was 3 different statuses of order placed, order cancelled and order placed. This time there were no alerts or anything. I had to call shop runner to find out the status and they told me I had to deal with the vendor directly. Hopefully I have better experiences in the future.

Ive downloaded this app several times and each time it fails completely. When you touch the icon the screen goes black.

Searched womans coats. It gave me makeup. Tried again and up came jewelry. It was useless.
