Love the app but it doesnt allow for photo enlargement when viewing a product!!

Ive placed multiple orders through shop runner. Not ONE has arrived within the 2 day free shipping timeframe. They dont even arrive within a 4 day timeframe. Why advertise something that is completely untrue?

Love Shoprunner services for shipping. Always reliable for my favorite already most visited stores and especially a fav bc they use FedEx in my area a lot which has forme been a big plus on accuracy with shipments. And best part, after a year and three shipments from three stores, I received another year free. Thanks Shoprunner!!!

Unbelievably poor customer service. Order placed via the app doesnt go anywhere, and then customer service denies that its possible to place orders via the app and refuses to believe that the screenshot I sent of the FAQ from the app itself is anything that actually exists in the app. They keep telling me to call the company that Im trying to order from, but that company has no idea what Im talking about, since the order was placed via the Shoprunner app and never went anywhere. Absolutely unreal.

Ive had great experiences with shop runner! Its a cool app and the 2 day free ship is great.

ShopRunner is great! Love the free two-day shipping and convenience of making purchases using the app.

I just feel like if you cant even support larger phone screens then your app isnt current and well designed to begin with = sorry

The idea of shop runner having an app where you can shop from all of their partners stores in one place is awesome but the app is not developed enough to provide a good shopping experience. The pictures on the app are not clear when I do a close up. I also know there should be several angles but the app only provides one- the frontal. It would be helpful to develop the filters especially for the clothing section for more styles and petite sizes.

Terrible company. 2 days shipping turned into 8 days. Really disappointed!

It crashes when I put in my billing info and then I have to reload everything into my cart just for it to crash again. Pretty useless app. It should be working perfectly considering what they are trying to do.

I tried to place my first order on my iPad Pro and it would take/safe my billing address, entered it four times. So I gave up, got the item elsewhere and shoprunner lost an order and customer. I will be deleting a app.....

Its fine if you only want to shop and purchase. But anything beyond that is not possible. For example, the faq section on the app doesnt cover all the faqs on their website. But the worst part is that the app doesnt allow you to remove your credit card information at all! And like others have said, the app sometimes gives me a page that is irrelevant to what I had tapped on. The back button also doesnt always take me back to the last page I was at. The app also erased everything in my shopping cart once. Come to think of it, its a waste of time and after I receive the last order, I will simply delete it.

Great until I actually go to check out and then the app crashes every time. Shoprunner isnt going to make any money if we cant purchase thru them. Please look into this.

Its a lightweight app, not full-featured, but that can be good, depending on what you need. Incidental free 2day shipping any many stores allows me to not be a slave to the Amazon price fluctuations, which is great.

This app is terrible. It was difficult to find what I was looking for and then there was no purchase confirmation. I will not use it again.

When I first started using the service, it was great. The Dominos delivery fee was waived and Drugstore.com orders had free 2-day shipping with no minimum purchase. Those were the 2 reasons I primarily used ShopRunner. Initially I paid for the service, but eventually my AMEX account qualified me for no annual ShopRunner fees. The product must not have worked out for merchants, as over they years they’ve whittled away at the benefits. Dominos pulled out and Drugstore.com now requires a $25 minimum purchase for ShopRunner to kick-in. My health has benefited from Dominos exiting, as I don’t care for the delivery fee so I stopped fattening up after they departed. I wish Drugstore.com had been more accommodating (free standard shipping under $25, free 2-day shipping over $25). If ShopRunner involved a subscription fee, I wouldn’t keep my membership. Amazon Prime is the way to go :-)

Pretty easy, good app. I have a couple stores I shop a lot and get free shipping and returns. Cant complain.
