Awful customer service

Unbelievably poor customer service. Order placed via the app doesnt go anywhere, and then customer service denies that its possible to place orders via the app and refuses to believe that the screenshot I sent of the FAQ from the app itself is anything that actually exists in the app. They keep telling me to call the company that Im trying to order from, but that company has no idea what Im talking about, since the order was placed via the Shoprunner app and never went anywhere. Absolutely unreal.
