Buggy IT operation

For whatever reason their website will decide it doesnt like you and blacklist you for a period of time. If youre at a large organization (enterprise or campus) that NATs your address space the result is they blacklist your whole company. If you call them, they tell you its your companys firewall. It isnt but they apparently dont have anyone competent enough to figure out how to do their security.

Now on to the app. Portrait and no landscape? Really? Very poorly done app all around.

Prices are OK but if they honestly expect to compete with the big guy, theyre going to need to get their act together and it may take more than just hiring a big name CEO.

The only reason I even put up with it is because its a free perk for my American Express Platinum card.
